Broiled Lobster Tails

Delicious buttery lobster tails, easy to prepare & cook in only minutes!

    Step1

    Preheat oven to broil. Cut the top of the lobster shell(s) down the middle with kitchen shear scissors.

    Step2

    Carefully crack open the shell and remove the meat leaving some of the meat near the tail slightly still attached.

    Step3

    Lay the meat over the top of the shell as pictured.

    Step4

    Melt butter in a small dish or measuring cup. Add a small pinch of smoked paprika or regular paprika. I use unsalted butter for the reason that you can add your own salt, but you can't take it away once it's been added, plus the sweetness of the lobster and the sweet cream melted butter just shine!

    Step5

    Brush on or pour a generous amount of the butter over the lobster meat. Broil for 6-8 minutes with the oven rack 6 inches from the top coils.

    Step6

    Serve immediately with more melted butter. Enjoy!
